Commission Status:
OPEN FOR SL CUSTOMS

GENERAL
★ You must be 18+ to commission anything including nudity and SL Customs. By commissioning these you agree you are at least 18 years old.
★ If my commissions are closed, do not be pushy and demand I take your commission. This includes paying me while my comms are closed.
★ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
★ Don't ask me for updates daily or multiple times a day, I have a schedule and will update you, if you haven't heard from me in a week or so. Message me, our schedules may not line up and am waiting for you to be online (if on SL) to update you.
★ Wait times vary depending on the work I'm doing. Ex. a sketch will take much less time than a fully shaded piece with a background and a simple 2 color SL full custom mod will take less time than a complex one with a ton of spots or stripes.
★ By submitting a commission form you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. Failure to follow my TOS will result in you getting a refund (full or partial depending on if I have started) and blacklisted from commissioning me again.

I WILL NOT
★ Accept written descriptions, please have a visual reference ready!
★ Stolen designs! The character/design must be your's!
★ Do NSFW pieces of my characters and your's.
★ Themes like: Underage, micro/macro, foot fetish, transformation, vore, war scenes, drug usage, etc. Ask me to be sure I'm ok with a theme first, I will tell you if I'm not ok with it.

PAYMENT
★ Payment is required via PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp for USD or L$ in Second Life before I start your commission. You won't be added to my queue until I receive payment.
★ If you need me to rush a commission, it will cost an extra $50 but you will be at the top of my queue.
★ For SL Customs: If I don't own the body or parts, half the cost of the parts/body I don't have will be added to your total.
★ You have 48 hours from the time I accept your commission to send payment.
★ If I am halfway done with your commission and you want to change something major (pose or character), I will ask for an additional $20-$40 depending on how much I've finished.
★ For SL Customs: If you need an update or different parts to your custom later on, I'll be happy to update it for you. It is $20 USD for updates, so long as it isn't an entirely new design. New designs are new customs!
★ If you charge back payment, rip and/or resell my work, use my work for NFTs or put it in AI programs. You will be banned from my store, blacklisted and blocked on all socials. And I will warn others of your scams.

REFUNDS
★ If you cancel a commission I have started, you will receive a partial refund based on how much of the commission I have finished.
★ I have the right to cancel a commission and refund the money for that commission at any time and for any reason.
★ No refunds after a commission has been finished.

RIGHTS + CREDITS
★ You're allowed to post work I've done to your socials as long as you provide credit; you can link any of my socials: Twitter, Flickr, FA, Discord, etc.
★ Unless it is in writing, you're not allowed to use my work for profit. Let me know before I accept and we can sort out an agreement.
★ If a change needs to be made to the piece, please ask me. I'd be more than happy to fix it for you, I do not want you tracing my work because you changed the design of your character and don't want to pay for alterations to a piece I did for you.
★ If you bought a character design from me, you are allowed to change every aspect of that character.
★ If you want to resell a character design I made, you can but give me proper credit for the design.
★ NONE of my work is to be sold as an NFT or put into AI programs.

COMMUNICATION
★ While I respond to SL messages while online, if I am offline my IMs get capped. Please send a notecard or message me on another platform so I see your message. I'm always on Discord and have both Discord and Twitter on my phone.
★ If you have a question, just ask. If there is something minor you want changed (ex. color correction), just ask. I don't bite.
★ Unless I ask, I'm not interested in your love life and I won't be telling you about mine. This is business, not a couple of teenage girls talking about boys.
